Rob Trent learnt how to paint using his mouth as a child, but he says he is always learning.

Mr Trent, from Southampton, has a condition called arthrogryposis that limits the movement of his arms and legs.

He has worked with the Mouth and Foot Painting Association for decades.

Now, a painting he created of a robin has been used for the organisation’s annual Christmas card.
